Ronald has over 8 years of experience in the litigation support industry.  His responsibilities include generating new business opportunities with traditional and corporate law firms along with overseeing the provision of superior customer service to existing accounts.  Ronald is known by his customers for his hard work and "get the job done right" attitude.  Prior to entering the sales arena, Ronald worked in a production capacity for some of the largest legal practice technology companies in the United States. Ronald has worked on numerous high stakes litigation cases, often including millions of electronically hosted documents, with legal team members distributed throughout the country.  Ronald was born and raised in  Guatemala City, Guatemala, and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He is equally fluent in Spanish, English, and industry jargon.
